Scope of Estimates
Estimates provided through this website are written and itemized based on square footage, scope, and condition, and are final only after an in-person or video walkthrough. Actual pricing may differ from a preliminary estimate if the condition or scope of the property differs from what was described.
Scheduling
Booking windows are typically 48–72 hours. We accommodate rush turnovers and construction deadlines where possible, but scheduling is subject to crew availability.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If a completed clean does not pass your walkthrough, we return to correct the issue at no additional charge. We ask that any concerns be raised during the final walkthrough so they can be addressed before invoicing.
Liability
Kingdom Cleaning Solutions is fully insured and bonded. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
